Ludere
Also referred to as “The Pill”, this piece is a solid glass constructed form – initially constructed hot, then cold worked (ground away) to create various lenses throughout the piece that play with light and optics. The name, Ludere is translated in Latin as to play – indicative of the piece’s play with light, magnification, distortion and reflection.
